Data We Collect
When you submit a “Get a Quote” form on our site, we collect the data you provide (e.g., name, email, address) to process your request. We also collect your IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

Comments
If you leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, your IP address, and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string (hash) from your email may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval, your profile picture may be visible publicly with your comment.

Media
If you upload images (e.g., in a comment), avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the site.

If you submit a quote form or leave a comment, you may opt-in to cookies saving your name, email, and website for convenience. These cookies last one year. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. How Long We Retain Your Data
Quote form submissions are retained for 5 years to manage service requests and follow-ups. Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically. Registered users’ personal info in their profiles is stored as long as the account exists.
