Customer Responsibilities
Customers must maintain accessible areas, secure pets, and notify us of hazards 24 hours before appointments. Failure to comply may result in cancellation, fees, or refusal of service without refunds.

Property Access Agreements

Customers must provide clear, safe access to properties, including gate codes or instructions, at least 24 hours prior. No~Schitz Just CleanYards is not liable for delays, missed appointments, or fees due to inaccessible or unsafe properties.

Liability Waivers

No~Schitz Just CleanYards is not liable for property damages, injuries, or pet issues beyond agreed services, including pre-existing conditions or customer negligence. We use products like Rescue, but we’re not responsible for their effectiveness, reactions, or damages 

Water Usage Policy
No~Schitz Just CleanYards keeps water usage for cleaning or equipment sanitization to a minimum, using customer-provided sources only with prior written approval. We are not responsible for water-related costs, shortages, or damages, including plumbing issues or flooding.

Service Limitations
Services are based on customer info, and we’re not responsible for hidden waste, excessive waste, or delays due to weather or equipment issues. Pricing may change after inspection, and we may refuse unsafe jobs.

Payment and Cancellation
Payment is due upon completion. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $25 fee. Non-payment within 7 days adds a 5% late fee and may suspend future services.

Messaging Terms & Conditions
You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from No~Schitz Just CleanYards. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP or email [email protected] for help. Opt out by replying STOP.

General
We may update these terms anytime, effective upon posting. You indemnify No~Schitz Just CleanYards against claims or losses from your use of our services. Services are “as-is” with no additional warrantie
